Audition Notice: Sprung!

Are We Delicious Classic: Sprung!
two performances: April 27 and 28, 2018 at Broom Street Theater

Auditions:

  • Saturday, March 3rd from 3 pm to 6 pm
  • Sunday, March 4th from 3 pm to 6 pm

at Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center, 953 Jenifer St., Madison.

Are We Delicious Classic: Sprung! is about Spring, possibilities and freedom. Or whatever you are inspired to write, because you'll be writing the show. Directed by Trevin Gay

Are We Delicious? is an ensemble of writer/actors who write, revise, rehearse and premiere a show of original short plays in a single week. Everyone writes, everyone acts and no one can rest until the final curtain.

Rehearsal/meeting time commitment: April 20th to April 28th, meeting every day for 3 hours

Audition info:

  • You will write and you will act in the audition
  • You will receive a writing assignment that will be due in the first hour
  • Bring your smart phone or wifi-enabled laptop so you can email your writing submission
  • Auditions are open to everyone of all experience levels

First hour is the writing audition, the second and third hours are scheduled, individual, 5-minute acting auditions. People may leave after their scheduled acting audition.
